Welcome to the 43rd edition of the Gaspesian Midget Tournament

The Gaspesian Midget Tournament will take place February 23 to 26 at the Jean-Marie Jobin
Sports Complex in New Richmond with nine teams from the Gaspé Coast, the Matapedia
Valley, New Brunswick and the Quebec City region taking part in the 43rd edition.
The tournament will get under way Thursday evening with two games beginning at seven PM
and will continue on Friday and Saturday with eight games per day. The semi-finals will be
played on Sunday starting at 8:30 AM and the final will get under way at 2:30 PM. A total of
21 games will be played.
Teams participating in the tournament are Carleton Intersport, the Paspebiac Cheifs,
Bonaventure Intersport, the Rocher Blizzard, Gaspé Caisse Pop, Rivière-au-Renard Ohmega,
the Valley Dixie Lees, the Shippagan Fishermen and the Chaudière West Huskys.

crowned champion wit a 4 to
2 victory over the Papébiac
Chiefs.
